About the role
Seasonal part-time contract through Summer 2026/2027 - 22.8 hours per week, flexible weekday schedule with a commitment to work every Saturday
With a busy summer season ahead, we are seeking an enthusiastic Seasonal Sales Representative to drive eBike sales and deliver outstanding customer experiences. As the primary point of contact in our Sydney showroom, you will actively engage with customers, share the benefits of eBike riding, and guide buyers toward the best subscription or purchase options. We provide complete training on our range, so prior eBike expertise is not required—just a passion for sales and great customer interactions!
Duties include
- Warmly welcoming customers and conducting eBike sales consultations and test rides to drive conversions
- Creating memorable, exceptional sales experiences for potential buyers and subscribers
- Developing and maintaining robust relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-up
- Communicating subscription processes and conditions effectively
- Responding to customer questions and inquiries in person, by phone or through our CRM platform
- Assisting the coordination of our customer service experience - through booking, scheduling and supporting in-store and mobile service events
- Managing sales inquiries, generating quotes, and driving sales pipeline growth over the busy summer period
- Ensure the shop is well-stocked, clean and tidy
About you We’d love to hear from you if you are an energetic and enthusiastic individual, who has:
- At least 12 months of experience in retail sales, customer service, or hospitality.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional service
- Comfortable using computer systems to manage bookings and customer information
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
- Mandatory availability to work every Saturday throughout the summer season
- The ability to lift at least 25kg and use proper lifting skills
