Our ideal candidate will have

- 2+ years experience in a similar role within premium venues
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
- Strong food, beverage and wine knowledge, with a desire to continue learning
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build genuine rapport with guests
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in maintaining high service standards
- A current New South Wales Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate (RSA)
