Sara Dining is a recent farm-to-table restaurant set on Moraea Farm in Berry, one of the most loved food and wine destinations on the NSW South Coast. We're building a team of hospitality people who love great produce, great wine and looking after guests, and we're looking for an experienced section waiter to join us.

The role

You'll run your own section and give guests a warm, polished and genuinely enthusiastic dining experience. You'll guide them through the menu and wine list, read the room, and work closely with the kitchen and the rest of the floor team so every service runs smoothly.

About you

- Solid experience as a waiter in a quality restaurant
- Intermediate wine knowledge (WSET Level 2 or equivalent), plus real curiosity to learn more
- A positive, enthusiastic and genuine approach to service
- A team player who takes pride in the details
- Available for lunch and dinner service, Thursday to Monday (a 4-day week can be considered)
- Current NSW RSA, or willing to obtain before your start date

Pay: $30.00 – $45.00 per hour
