Due to a team restructure, our client, SEME Solutions are looking to add a Security Estimator to their Brisbane team - a great opportunity for someone wanting to grow in a commercially focused role, working on major tenders and high-value submissions for enterprise clients across technologies.

About the Role

Based in Brisbane, Monday to Friday (38 hours), you'll sit within the sales team preparing competitive quotes, tenders and commercial proposals across a diverse range of sectors and projects. Key responsibilities include:

- Preparing and compiling detailed estimates, tenders and quotation submissions including drawings, schedules, clarifications and specification responses
- Pricing equipment, labour and installation costs, and negotiating with suppliers for competitive bids
- Attending site surveys and liaising with clients, suppliers and internal teams to clarify requirements
- Working closely with Sales, Project Management and Technical teams to ensure accurate and timely submissions
- Holding or being willing to obtain a Queensland Security Consultant Licence (SEME will pay/help you apply for this, however you must be able to pass a police check)

About You

- Background in the electronic security industry — whether in estimating, project work or a hands-on technical role




- You may be a Security Estimator, Project Manager, Technician or Designer looking to move into a more commercial position
- Robust attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines
- Confident communicator when dealing with clients, suppliers and internal teams
- Experience with systems such as Genetec, Gallagher, Geutebruck or Inner Range Integriti is well regarded
- Prior estimating or customer-facing experience is a bonus
