About the Role

Reporting to the Head of People &

- Culture, you'll work a 7:7 FIFO roster as a dedicated People &
- Culture representative on site, providing practical advice, guidance and day-to-day support to leaders and employees across the full employee lifecycle.

This is a true generalist role where no two days are the same. You'll balance strategic projects with hands-on operational support while building trusted relationships across the business.

Key Responsibilities

You'll be responsible for:

Provide timely, practical People &

- Culture advice

Conduct workplace investigations

Providing expert employee relations guidance

Supporting organisational change initiatives





Deliver compliance training

Managing a high volume of employee lifecycle changes

Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across People &

- Culture processes

About You

We are looking for someone who thrives in a busy operational environment and enjoys building strong relationships with leaders and employees alike.

You'll bring:

Qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline

Experience in a generalist HR role at a senior level

Strong employee relations knowledge

Demonstrated experience managing investigations, performance management and complex workplace matters

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills

Strong administrative and organisational skills with keen attention to detail A proactive, practical solutions-focused approach with the confidence to influence outcomes
