Provide full administrative support to Chief Executive Officer, including administration and coordination for Cancer Council NT’s corporate portfolio, sponsorships, projects and grant programs.

Purpose:

- Implement corporate programs, projects and campaigns as part of providing full administrative support to the CEO.

Key responsibilities:

- Coordinate corporate partnerships, sponsorships, grant projects and programs in collaboration with the CEO and provide day to day operational management of office workflow between divisions. This includes managing CEO incoming and outgoing correspondence, and providing daily support, including liaising, and booking of all components required for the successful delivery of corporate partnerships, sponsorships, projects and programs.
- Provide a friendly first contact for key stakeholders and backup administrative support (as required) to support services, including answering the reception phones, Ostomy and Transport to Treatment Coordination, and assisting in banking and accurate cash handling processes.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the successful delivery of all CCNT corporate partnerships, projects and programs including providing timely response to stakeholder enquiries via phone or email.
- Maintain and create social media marketing with regular social media posts as directed and approved by the Chief Executive Officer (or delegate).
- Create and implement marketing materials as required in line with marketing events and program initiatives utilizing graphic design IT platforms e.g. Canva.
- Attend to administrative duties including the accurate reporting and accounting for all CCNT related activity into the records management database (CRM).




- Maintain relevant resources material as directed including disseminating information to appropriate agencies, community groups and other key stakeholders.
- Participate in the stock-take audit to support related stock in line with CCNT requirements and yearly Financial Audit processes when required.
- Participate in nominated Cancer Council Australia Committee’s when required and ensure dissemination of information.
- Maintain effective communication between Darwin office and the regional offices, assisting regional staff as required.
- Other duties as directed by the CEO (or delegate).

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA Knowledge and Skills

- A confident self-starter who demonstrates initiative, a solution-orientated approach, and ability to learn new skills.
- High level of communication skills both verbal and written, along with the ability to work unsupervised and with excellent time management skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize work and perform daily tasks efficiently and within deadlines.
- Ability to work across multiple events & projects at the same time.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, with demonstrated experience in data collection, input and reporting using database applications.





- Sound stakeholder engagement and demonstrated experience in customer service and conflict resolution

Essential

- Experience working with social media platforms e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn etc.
- Advanced administrative experience and exceptional communication skills.

- NT Drivers License (without restrictions)

Highly Desirable

- Minimum two years experience working in the field of Tourism, Sales, Marketing or branding.

- Experience working in graphic design applications e.g., Canva, In-Design etc.
- Experience working with clients in a health care workplace
- Experience working with volunteers.

This role will provide you with challenges and accountability whilst working in a supportive and friendly environment. This position requires assisting at events including install and pack down of marquee's and displays, so physical fitness is a pre-requisite requirement.

There will be evening & weekend work and may be intrastate and interstate travel with this position.
