Your new company Are you passionate about working in AI and Automation Space. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive on detail, enjoy investigative work, and want exposure to AI designs, builds and operates secure, supportable and business-focused artificial intelligence and automation solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem

Your new role

- AI, Copilot and agent solution engineering: Design, develop, test and deploy enterprise-grade AI, Copilot and agentic solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft Foundry, Azure OpenAI and related Azure AI services. Create agents using approved organisational knowledge, workflows and APIs, with clear boundaries, permitted actions, escalation paths and human review.
- 2. Microsoft Fabric, data and analytics: Design and engineer AI-ready data solutions in Microsoft Fabric using OneLake, Lakehouse, Warehouse, Data Factory, notebooks, semantic models, Power BI and Real-Time Intelligence where appropriate. Create governed, reusable data products and pipelines in collaboration with data owners and stewards.
- 3. Automation and enterprise integration: Automate business processes using Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, AI Builder and approved agent actions. Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Salesforce and other client platforms through secure APIs, connectors, events and approved integration services..

What you'll need to succeed





- .Demonstrated experience designing, building and supporting enterprise AI, software, data or automation solutions.
- . Hands-on capability with Azure OpenAI and Microsoft Foundry, or equivalent contemporary generative AI platforms, including model selection, grounding, evaluation and observability.
- Practical experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and agent design, including knowledge sources, tools/actions, authentication, connectors and deployment.
- Practical experience with Microsoft Fabric or closely related Azure data services, including data ingestion, transformation, Lakehouse or Warehouse patterns, semantic modelling and Power BI.
- Experience with Power Platform, including Power Automate and integration with Dataverse or enterprise systems.
- Strong software engineering skills in Python and/or C#/.NET, with experience using REST APIs, JSON, SQL, Git and automated delivery pipelines.
- 1. Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, role-based access, secrets management, cloud security, logging and monitoring.

- 1. Demonstrated experience applying retrieval-augmented generation, grounding, prompt/instruction design, tool use, agent orchestration,



evaluation and human-in-the-loop controls.

- Experience translating business needs into practical, secure and supportable technology outcomes and progressing solutions beyond demonstration into production.
- 1Sound knowledge of responsible AI, privacy, cybersecurity, information management and data governance principles.

Desirables
- Relevant Microsoft certifications in Azure AI, Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, security or data engineering.
- Experience in government, regulation, public services or another risk-sensitive environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Purview, Azure AI Search, Application Insights, Azure Monitor, API Management, Azure Functions or Logic Apps.
- Experience integrating Salesforce or other enterprise platforms with Microsoft cloud services.
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture, service management, FinOps, MLOps or LLMOps practices.
