About the Role The Senior Analytics Engineer is the technical lead responsible for the design, build, and optimisation of the organisation's new cloud data platform — pipelines, data models, and reporting layer components — built from the ground up, retrieving relevant business logic from the legacy SQL environment and archiving selected legacy databases to the cloud where required, to deliver trusted, actionable insight that meets the organisation's clinical and operational needs.

Ideal Candidate

- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or experience in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven, hands-on experience designing, building, and delivering large-scale, production-grade cloud data platforms end-to-end, including experience with Snowflake and dbt Core (or an equivalent modern cloud data stack).
- Strong SQL and Python engineering skills applied to pipeline development, platform automation, and operational tooling - such as monitoring, failover, and data movement - in complex, high-volume environments.

- Relevant industry certifications (e.g. Snowflake, dbt,



or equivalent cloud platform certifications) would be an advantage.
