Deliver case management, counselling, and advocacy services to individuals facing social and mental health challenges
Collaborate with community organizations and multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic support
Empower clients by helping them navigate housing, AOD, domestic violence, and other critical issues

What You Bring
Proven experience in social work or counselling, with strong case management and community engagement skills
Deep knowledge of mental health, trauma-informed care, AOD, domestic violence, housing, and social services
Relevant qualifications – Degree in Social Work, Counselling, or a related field
Accreditation eligibility – AASW membership (for social workers) or equivalent for counsellors
Self-motivation and teamwork – Ability to work independently while collaborating with a dedicated team
