With a growing online presence and retail kiosks across Australia, we’re expanding our team and looking for two

ambitious, sales-driven Retail Store Managers

to lead our high-performing retail kiosks at

Westpoint Blacktown

and

Westfield Miranda .

This is not a behind-the-scenes management role. We’re looking for someone who

loves being on the sales floor, thrives on hitting targets and knows how to get the best out of a team.

About the Role As Retail Store Manager, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day performance of your kiosk and lead your team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

You’ll set the pace on the floor, coach your team in real time, drive customer engagement and ensure every customer receives an exceptional Àerre fragrance experience.

You’ll be responsible for:

Lead and motivate the team to

hit and exceed sales targets

Drive

sales, conversion and KPI performance

on the floor

Lead by example with

strong personal selling and customer engagement

Coach the team on

selling, upselling and fragrance recommendations

Set daily goals, monitor performance and

act quickly to improve results

Build a

high-energy, accountable and customer-focused team

Manage rosters, training and day-to-day

kiosk operations

including stock management

Maintain

Àerre’s premium presentation, VM and customer experience standards

Manage customer issues and escalated where required

Fragrance experience is not essential.

We’ll teach you the product knowledge — we’re looking for someone who already has the

sales drive and leadership mindset .

This role requires

weekend, late-night and peak-period availability , including busy trading periods such as Christmas and other major retail events.
