The Reflex Group, which is based and operates throughout the UK, USA, and Europe, has been established in the Asia Pacific (APAC) market for over 3 years. Following the successful acquisition of Designed To Stick in Tingalpa, Brisbane, we are looking for an experienced Storeperson / Warehouse Operator to join our expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a growing business with a robust team culture and a modern, well-organised facility.

Key responsibilities

Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently

Preparing and dispatching customer shipments

Receiving, unloading, and checking incoming goods

Loading and unloading trucks using a forklift

Maintaining accurate stock control and inventory records

Organising and maintaining warehouse storage locations

Liaising with suppliers, freight companies, and internal departments

Ensuring all warehouse activities are completed safely and in accordance with company procedures

General warehouse and stores duties as required

About you

A current Forklift Licence (LF)





A minimum of 2 years' experience in a stores or warehouse environment

Proven experience in picking and packing orders

Proven experience in shipping and dispatching goods

Proven experience in receiving and checking incoming stock

Proven experience working with supplier deliveries and freight carriers

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

A proactive, hands-on approach to work

Good organisational and time management skills

Clean, organised, and air-conditioned workplace
