JBS Australia is seeking a hands-on Livestock Supervisor to lead a small team at one of Australia's largest beef and lamb processing sites in Brooklyn, VIC. You'll manage livestock receival, welfare, traceability and yard operations while ensuring compliance with customer, export and regulatory programs, and supporting safe, productive processing. This leadership role offers real responsibility, autonomy and career development within a safety‑focused culture.
