Broncos Leagues Club is looking for
Kitchen Hands
to join our busy kitchen team and help keep our food operations running smoothly.
With multiple food and beverage outlets across the Club, no two shifts are exactly the same. You’ll work alongside our chefs and kitchen team to support the preparation, service and cleanliness of our kitchen outlets.

A role with variety As a Kitchen Hand, you will play an significant role in supporting our chefs and the wider food & beverage team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting chefs with basic food preparation and kitchen duties
Washing dishes, pots, pans and kitchen equipment
Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised kitchen
Cleaning and sanitising kitchen areas and equipment
Assisting with receiving, storing and rotating stock
Supporting the kitchen team during busy service periods
Assisting with kitchen set-up and pack-down
Following food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety procedures
Working as part of a team to ensure our members and guests receive great food and service
Performing other general kitchen duties as required
How you show up We’re looking for someone who:
Has a positive attitude and enjoys working as part of a team
Is reliable, punctual and willing to get stuck in
Can work efficiently in a busy hospitality environment
Takes pride in cleanliness and presentation
Is physically capable of working on their feet and completing manual kitchen duties
Is willing to learn and take direction from experienced chefs
Understands the importance of food safety and hygiene
Is flexible and available to work across a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
Previous kitchen or hospitality experience is preferred but not essential.
