Site Supervisor required for fit-out project in Sydney CBD - Part time hours

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor with a solid background in fit out for an immediate start on a high-profile bank refurbishment project in Sydney CBD.
This is a 6-week contract role overseeing after-hours works in a live environment, ensuring safety, quality, programme delivery, and subcontractor coordination.
Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and coordinate trades onsite during out-of-hours construction works
- Ensure all works are completed safely and in line with programme requirements
- Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and daily site inspections
- Coordinate subcontractors and monitor workmanship quality
- Liaise with project managers, stakeholders, and client representatives
- Maintain site documentation and compliance records

Requirements:

- Proven experience supervising commercial fit outs Including Banks




- Strong understanding of live environment refurbishment works
- Trade qualification or relevant construction background preferred
- Current White Card
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple trades onsite

Contract Details:

- Location: Sydney CBD
- Duration: 6 Weeks
- Shift Pattern:
- Friday: 6:00pm - 10:00pm
- Saturday: Day Shift
- Sunday: Day Shift

- Competitive hourly rate
