This global organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Financial Accountant to join its Finance team. This role will oversee corporate accounting activities across Australia, New Zealand and Fiji, ensuring robust financial governance and supporting senior finance and operational stakeholders
Your new role
Reporting into the senior finance team, your key responsibilities will include:

- Managing the external audit process and relationships with auditors and advisers
- Preparing annual financial reports
- Ensuring taxation obligations are met across Australia, New Zealand and Fiji
- Completing financial reconciliations and reporting
- Maintaining compliance with accounting standards and group policies
- Strengthening financial controls and governance processes

What you'll need to succeed

- Tertiary qualification in Accounting with CA or CPA certification




- Strong technical accounting and financial reporting experience
- Essential IFRS knowledge
- Sound taxation knowledge across multiple jurisdictions
- Experience within complex, multi-entity and multi-currency environments
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and attention to detail
