Your new role
Due to continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to join the team and oversee projects across Sydney.You'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations, coordinating trades and subcontractors, maintaining programme targets, driving quality outcomes, and ensuring projects are delivered safely and efficiently.Projects are predominantly high-end fit out and refurbishment works, often within occupied environments, requiring a strong focus on quality, communication, and stakeholder management.Key responsibilities include:

- Managing site activities from start to completion
- Coordinating trades, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
- Maintaining exceptional quality standards throughout the build




- Liaising directly with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders
- Managing site programmes and resolving construction challenges
- Driving a positive site culture and leading project team

What you'll need to succeed

- Previous experience as a Site Manager within the fit out and refurbishment sector
- Experience delivering commercial office, healthcare, hospitality, or similar projects
- A carpentry trade background is highly regarded
- Alternatively, candidates who have progressed through a Site Supervisor pathway will also be considered
- Strong stakeholder and client management skills
- Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain programme deadlines
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- A keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering high-quality finishes
