Position Details:
- Location: Northern Beaches, NSW
- Employment Type: Casual / ABN
- Rate: $47 per hour + super
- Female candidate preferred
- Valid Drivers Licence
- Reliable car
- Relevant Certificate/qualification
- Workers Compensation coverage required
- Previous support work experience preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centred support to participants.
- Assist with daily activities and community participation.
- Support the participants individual needs and goals.
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive workplace.
- Complete required documentation and follow care plans.
