C&H; Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Welder / Fabricator to join our client's team based at their Smithfield workshop.
This is an excellent chance for a motivated tradesperson looking for ongoing work with a well-established company specialising in custom metal fabrication and manufacturing.

About the Role:

- Fabrication and assembly of structural steel and metal components
- MIG welding and general fabrication duties
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- Cutting, measuring and preparing materials
- Using hand and power tools
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
- Working both independently and within a team

Requirements:





- Trade Qualification in Fabrication/Welding or equivalent experience
- Strong MIG welding and fabrication experience
- Ability to read and interpret workshop drawings
- Experience using various hand and power tools
- Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Commitment to workplace health and safety
