Full Time - Blown Film Operator - Afternoon Shift & Night Shift Full Time Machine Operator – Afternoon & Night Shift Positions Plastic Film Manufacturing Location: Pendle Hill, NSW

We're a plastic film manufacturer producing industrial builders' film, and we're looking for a reliable, hands-on machine operator to join our team.

This is physical, fast-paced, and repetitive work — ideal for someone who is dependable, switched on, and looking for a long-term opportunity with room to grow. You'll be working as part of a small, focused team, but also expected to operate autonomously when required.

What You'll Do:

Operate and monitor plastic extrusion machines

Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting

Conduct visual quality checks on finished product

Record production data and report any issues

Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area

Contribute to process improvements and continuous development where possible

Afternoon shift hours from 3pm - 11pm

Night Shift hours from 11pm - 7am

What We're Looking For:

Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and hands-on attitude

Experience in a manufacturing environment is helpful,



but not essential — full training is provided

Physically fit – able to stand, lift, and complete repetitive tasks during the shift

A safety-conscious mindset – you follow procedures and look out for your team

Good time management skills – able to prioritise tasks and stay on top of production requirements

Good attention to detail and willingness to learn

Reliable and ready to work across shifts, including overtime or weekends if needed

Someone looking to grow with the business and take on more responsibility over time

A forklift licence is a bonus, but not essential

Must have Australian work rights
