About the Role Located in Caringbah | Monday to Friday | 8am–4pm (Thurs finish 4:30pm) | 38 hrs per week

We are looking for experienced Dispatchers & General Hands to join our warehouse team, responsible for accurately packing and dispatching customer orders while supporting general warehouse operations and maintaining a safe, organised and efficient workplace.

These roles are perfect for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, takes pride in accuracy, and thrives in a high volume work environment.

You’ll succeed if you:

Are motivated, take initiative and are results driven





Computer literate with data entry or ERP experience

Are physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks (safe lifting 15 -20 kgs)

Communicate clearly within a team environment

Have a strong attention to detail

Manage your time well / organised

Care about customers and delivering great service

Are reliable, punctual, have a positive attitude, strong work ethic

Bonus points:

Previous warehouse experience

Forklift licence

Key Responsibilities No two days are the same, but you’ll be right in the heart of the action:

Picking, packing, and dispatch of customer orders with precision

Coordinating with couriers to keep deliveries running smoothly

Updating internal stakeholders / team members, through email and slack channels

Maintain accurate inventory records (ERP systems training provided) and stock control

Receive and inspect incoming stock against purchase orders and delivery documentation

Keeping stock organised and accurate

Operate warehouse equipment safety, and follow workplace and general housekeeping procedures
