Food and Beverage Supervisor , where your passion for exceptional guest experiences will see you lead and support the team on shift. You’ll mentor and develop team members, oversee service flow and performance standards, ensure accurate cash handling, and contribute to achieving financial and operational targets. You will maintain clear communication through shift briefings and handovers, monitor food and beverage quality, and ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and equipment upkeep are consistently met.

This is a fantastic opportunity to assist in leading the team in one of our many venues at The Star Gold Coast, including our Signature and Casual Dining restaurants, as well as our variety of Resort Bars, Casino Bars and Private Gaming Rooms.

What we are looking for

Supervisory experience within in a similar busy hospitality environment and a thorough knowledge of food and beverages

Exceptional guest service skills with a proactive attitude and natural ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of guests

Highly organised and eager, with a high attention to detail

Flexible availability to meet the venue operating hours
