About the Role Made With Plants is looking for a friendly, organised Admin & Customer Service Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their day — supporting customers, keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, and helping the wider team stay on top of admin tasks. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries in a timely, friendly manner Process orders and update records accordingly Maintain and organise digital files, spreadsheets, and databases Manage Accounts Receivable and follow up outstanding payments Assist with scheduling, data entry, and general office administration Handle basic troubleshooting and escalat more complex issues to the right person Support the team with ad hoc tasks as needed What You’ll Need to Succeed Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable using email, spreadsheets (e.g. Excel/Google Sheets), and basic office software Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Good attention to detail and organisational skills Previous customer service or admin experience preferred but not essential
