About the Role: This position is responsible for engaging prospective clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them toward appropriate services. The role plays a key part in supporting business growth while ensuring a high standard of client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct discovery consultations with prospective clients via phone and Zoom

Convert enquiries into clients through consultative, value-based conversations

Build and maintain strong client relationships





Manage client information and activity within CRM systems

Follow up enquiries and nurture leads

Coordinate and hand over client information to colleagues as required

Contribute to continuous improvement of services and processes

Maintain accurate sales records and activity tracking

Skills and Experience:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proven ability to build relationships and influence outcomes

Experience in consultative sales or a similar client-facing role

High level of organisation and attention to detail

Self-motivated with a proactive approach

Ability to work towards performance targets and KPIs

Team-oriented with alignment to company values
