THE OPPORTUNITY We are looking for a proactive and reliable Cleaner to help keep our two Brendale facilities on Griffin Crescent clean, safe and well maintained.

This is an all-rounder role covering our offices, staff amenities, common areas and designated workshop areas. You’ll enjoy consistent Monday to Friday hours, with an early 5am start and no weekend work. Full-time employment is preferred; however, a part-time arrangement may be considered.

Your responsibilities will include:

Undertaking general cleaning duties, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and wiping down surfaces and furniture

Keeping kitchens and staff amenities clean and tidy, including dishwashers, fridges, microwaves and coffee machines





Removing rubbish from offices, kitchens, break rooms and common areas

Cleaning, sanitising and restocking restrooms

Cleaning high-touch areas, doors and windows as required

Ensuring cleaning products and equipment are used, handled and stored safely

Monitoring cleaning supplies and arranging restocking when required

Reporting any repairs, maintenance concerns or workplace hazards

Working with the wider team to ensure both Brendale facilities are maintained to a high standard

Maintaining a safe, hygienic and welcoming setting for employees, customers and visitors

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR The ideal candidate will have:

Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience

A proactive, helpful and flexible approach to work

Strong time management and organisational skills

The ability to work independently and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision

Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment and safe handling practices

A strong commitment to workplace health and safety

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Reliability and availability to commence work at 5am, five days per week

The ability to work across both Brendale locations on Griffin Crescent

A willingness to assist with ad hoc tasks when required
