Fleet Sales Manager

Ok, maybe it's only your ambition to be an amazing Fleet Sales Manager, but you have great communication skills and a deep knowledge of the automotive industry, that's alright too. We're looking for someone who has at least 2 years as an Assistant Sales Manager or 3 years as a Senior Salesperson and has a strong understanding of all aspects of fleet operation. As senior manager, we will expect you to develop and inspire your team of professional sales staff to achieve (and hopefully exceed) all our monthly and annual targets. You will also be responsible for keeping an eye on our sales revenue, margins, and expenses, and adjusting where needed. Our General Manager will have to be kept in the loop too, with your regular reports of actual sales performance against set targets with appropriate commentary on any variances and with revised projections. Your negotiation skills and ability to build strong, profitable relationships with key external stakeholders will be an asset as you develop new prospects and nurture relationships with existing clients to increase sales.
