About Us

The Darling Bar Hair & Co. is a fresh, cutting-edge and growing salon based at Charlestown Square. We're creating something a little bit different — where fabulous hair and exceptional service matter just as much as personality, teamwork and making our clients feel genuinely special.

About the Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic Person to join us full-time and become part of our salon family. We're not looking for someone to simply fill a chair — we're looking for another Darling to help shape the kind of salon we're becoming.

This is a wonderful opportunity to come in early, grow with us and make your mark on something special.

- A warm, positive personality with great communication skills
- Someone who thrives in a team environment and loves fresh ideas
- Current Australian residency

Why Join The Darling Bar?

- Be part of a fresh, innovative and growing salon
- A supportive and fun team culture where you're valued
- The opportunity to grow with us and help shape our story
- Located at the bustling Charlestown Square

Ready to Join Us?

Because life's too short for boring hair… or boring workplaces.
