Rosters
n
Cleveland – Full Time (40 hrs/week)
n
n
- Tuesday–Thursday: 6:00am–2:00pm
n
- Friday: 6:00am–3:00pm
n
- Saturday: 6:00am–2:30pm
n
n
Capalaba Park – Full Time (43.5 hrs/week)
n
n
- Week 1: Monday–Saturday, 7:00am–4:00pm (1:00pm finish Friday)
n
- Week 2: Sunday: 8:00am–7:00pm | Monday–Thursday: 4:00pm–10:00pm
n
n
Victoria Point – Part Time (36 hrs/week)
n
n
- Thursday–Saturday: 2:00pm–11:00pm
n
- Monday: 6:00am–3:00pm
n

What you'll do
n
n
- Deliver friendly, professional customer service
n
- Maintain a visible security presence to deter theft and ensure safety
n
- Conduct patrols and monitor CCTV for suspicious activity
n
- Respond to incidents, emergencies, and medical situations
n
- Apply First Aid and CPR when required
n
- Control access to restricted areas and loading docks
n
- Resolve conflict using calm de-escalation techniques
n
- Complete accurate incident reports and security documentation
n
n
What we're looking for
n
n
- Current QLD Security Licence with Crowd Control function
n
- Current First Aid & CPR certificates
n
- Strong communication and customer service skills
n
- Ability to work independently
n
- Skilled presentation and high level of integrity
n
- Availability to work the advertised roster
n
- Driver's Licence and reliable transport (preferred)
n
