Fleck Group is looking for an experienced excavator operator to join our growing team across projects throughout Sydney.

n

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, is confident operating in a variety of site conditions, and understands the level of care, safety and detail expected when working for clients.
n The Role

n

You will be operating a range of modern excavators across civil construction, earthworks, detailed excavation and general plant hire projects throughout Sydney and surrounding.

n

Our works include:

n

n
- Bulk & detailed excavation
n
- Trenching and services work
n
- Final trim and detailed earthworks
n
- Loading trucks
n
- Rock breaking & hammer work
n
- Working around existing services and infrastructure
n
- Civil construction projects both tier 1 and 2
n
- General wet hire and plant hire work
n

n

What we are looking for

n

n




- Proven experience operating excavators in different settings
n
- Strong experience in civil constructions & earthworks
n
- Excavator VOC & SOA
n
- White card
n
- Current NSW drivers licence
n
- Good communication skills
n
- Ability to work independently and follow site instructions
n
- Reliable attendance and qualified attitude
n

n

Experience using GPS / Machine Control will be highly regarded

n
