About the Role

n

This is a hands-on production role focused on operating modern branding and production equipment including:

n

- State-of-the-art laser engraving machines
n
- UV printing equipment
n
- Heat press machinery
n
- DTF transfer equipment
n
- Other promotional product production systems
n

n

You will be working across a wide variety of branded merchandise including drinkware, apparel, corporate gifts, event products, signage and more.

n

No previous industry experience is required — full training will be provided. We are looking for someone with the right attitude, robust attention to detail, and confidence working with technology and computer‐based systems.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Operate and assist with production machinery and equipment
n
- Prepare and process production jobs from artwork files and job sheets
n
- Ensure branding quality and production accuracy
n
- Warehouse duties included picking and packing stock
n
- Monitor machine performance and maintain production workflow
n
- Pack and prepare completed jobs for dispatch
n
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workspace
n
- Assist with general warehouse and production duties as required
n
- Work efficiently to meet daily production deadlines and express orders
n

Hours

Flexible part‐time or full‐time arrangements available.
