CASPA Services Ltd is seeking a Therapeutic Care Worker for Far North Coast, delivering trauma-informed care to children, young people, and families. The role involves travel between Casino and Murwillumbah and requires flexibility for a 24/7 roster.

The position is fixed part time at a minimum of 40 hours per fortnight, with emphasis on activities, routines, and residential supports to foster emotional regulation, problem-solving, and social skills development.
