A Senior FP&A; Manager role joining the finance leadership team. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing a team of 5, partnering closely with senior stakeholders across the business to shape financial strategy, drive commercial decision-making, and strengthen how the business plans, forecasts and reports.

What you'll be doing

n

n
- Taking end-to-end ownership of the P&L;, including budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
n
- Owning variance analysis and turning the numbers into clear, actionable insight for leadership
n
- Building business cases and financial models for major initiatives — think new leases, third-party deals, or recent revenue streams
n
- Running scenario and sensitivity analysis to stress-test key business decisions
n




- Partnering with Senior Strategic Business Partners on financial risk analysis and mitigation
n
- Driving improvements to reporting, forecasting and the tools/systems behind them
n
- Leading, coaching and developing a team of 5
n

What you'll bring

n

n
- CA/CPA qualified essential
n
- Strong experience in FP&A;, within retail across stores and lease portfolio
n
- End-to-end P&L; ownership experience is essential
n
- Experience managing revenue streams from tenants/leases
n
- Solid understanding of leasing models and their financial impact
n
- Comfortable operating across a portfolio of $500m+
n
- Excellent stakeholder management skills — you can influence and build trust with senior leaders
n
- Proven people leadership experience essential
n
