This exciting hands-on role will be located within the Day Procedures Unit at Greenslopes Private Hospital. We have multiple opportunities available to join our growing team!

As the Theatre Assistant, you will be responsible for (but not limited to):

n

n
- Theatre case set-ups in line with operating schedules, demonstrating strong attention to detail and efficiency
n
- Care and maintenance of equipment within the Day Procedures Unit, ensuring reliability and reporting any issues as needed
n
- Providing support to theatre staff and assisting where required in a fast paced environment.
n
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills when interacting with patients, theatre staff and supporting a coordinated team environment.
n
- Exhibit strong time management skills by prioritising tasks effectively and ensuring timely preparation and workflow within the unit

About You

You will bring exceptional communication skills, a strong customer focus and thrive in rapid paced environment.

You will also demonstrate:

- Completion of a Certificate III in Health Services - desirable
n
- A high degree of attention to detail and accuracy
n
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a high-performing team
n
- Previous experience in a theatre / hospital environment
n
