We're seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organised Medical Receptionist to join our practice in Upper Coomera. As our Medical Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face for many of our patients, helping create a welcoming experience while providing high-quality care, support, and assistance throughout their visit.

Key responsibilities

Greeting patients warmly and efficiently managing patient check-ins and registration

Managing appointment scheduling in collaboration with the Clinical Team

Responding to patient queries via phone and email

Organising and maintaining patient records, ensuring accuracy, privacy and confidentiality

Assisting general administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the practice

About you





Minimum of 2 years of reception experience (medical preferred)

Best Practice experience (must)

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in Medicare, DVA, Work Cover, HICAPS, and Private Health Insurance billings preferred

Solid multitasking abilities and effective prioritisation of workflow
