As an Educator (Certificate III Qualified), you will: Support the implementation of high-quality, play-based educational programs Build warm,



respectful and responsive relationships with children and families Work collaboratively with Lead Educators and your team to create engaging learning environments Observe, document and contribute to children’s learning and development Ensure safe, inclusive and nurturing environments at all times Actively participate in a supportive, team-oriented centre culture To be successful in this role, you will: Hold a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or be actively studying towards it) Have an understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS) Hold a current Working With Children Check (Blue Card) Have current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma training Have current Child Protection training - Geccko - course 1,2,3 and 4 Be committed to child safety, wellbeing and inclusive practice Bring robust communication skills, a positive attitude, initiative, and a committed team-first mindset A centre that genuinely values educators and respects their professional voice A welcoming, collaborative team with long-term staff (some with over 10 years at the service!)
