About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Entertainment Manager to join our close-knit team.

You’ll work across major event entertainment programs, long term client partnerships, private events and large-scale corporate experiences, leading the thinking and delivery across a busy portfolio of work.

This role is for someone who knows entertainment well and brings strong judgement across the whole process. You can shape the creative direction, understand the production requirements, build and manage budgets, keep complex schedules on track and confidently manage clients and stakeholders throughout.





You’ll be working at pace across multiple projects, so strong organisation and project management are essential. Just as important is knowing how to keep the work considered and creative, even when there’s a lot happening at once.

You’ll also play an important role in the team around you. We work closely, support each other and share the load, and you’ll be experiences in mentoring others, sharing your experience and helping maintain a high standard across the team.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

- Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate, private and major event clients, including ongoing entertainment programs
- Lead entertainment projects end-to-end across creative, budgets, scheduling, production and on site delivery
- Bring strategic and creative thinking to every brief, shaping the right entertainment solution for the client and audience
- Manage multiple projects at pace, keeping budgets, timelines, stakeholders and details on track
- Build strong relationships with clients, talent, agents, venues and suppliers
- Bring a solid understanding of entertainment production and what it takes to deliver great ideas well
- Mentor and support the wider team, sharing your experience and helping others grow
- Identify opportunities for account growth and new business
- Represent Solution Entertainment with warmth, professionalism and energy

About You You’re an experienced entertainment professional who’s just as passionate about the big picture as you are about the finer details.





- 7+ years’ entertainment management experience, with agency experience essential
- Strong client and stakeholder management skills
- Confident across budgeting, scheduling and project management
- Strong creative instincts and experience shaping entertainment concepts and programming
- A solid understanding of entertainment production and live delivery
- Comfortable managing significant client programs and multiple projects at once
- Strong industry relationships and knowledge of the Australian entertainment landscape
- Experience mentoring and supporting others
- Highly organised, collaborative and calm under pressure
- A team-first attitude and genuine passion for entertainment
- Willingness to travel and work outside standard business hours as required
