Key responsibilities

- Run day to day service operations including serving customers and delivering food
- Lead by example, training your team and delivering the highest guest satisfaction
- Engage guests with warmth and professionalism, encompassing superb customer service skills
- Multitask and maintain composure under pressure, delivering accuracy and quality in your given department
- Maintain impeccable personal presentation
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards
- Drive sales and reflect success in the business' performance
- Work hands on autonomously, improving all aspects of customer satisfaction, bettering margins, creating efficiencies and driving sales
- Report to the Executive team on service operations

About you

- Functions/ Events or Banqueting experience highly favourable
- Proven track record ideally in a high-end,



fast-paced setting
- Deep reservoir of knowledge concerning all things food and wine is advantageous
- Superb customer service skills
- Capacity for multitasking and maintaining composure under pressure
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate seamless teamwork and transparent, friendly interaction with guests
- Steadfast commitment to maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as the occasion demands
- Ability to work hands on autonomously, leading by example and training your team
- Sales specialty with a can do mentality and hunger for improving customer satisfaction
- Passion for hospitality and deep understanding of great service, food and wine
