- Defines and documents business requirements and solution designs. Creates and executes test cases. Provides support to developers. Participates in technical reviews.

Responsibilities:

- Development, maintenance and support of Hogan ILP software.

Mandatory Skills Description:

- Hogan ILP Business Analysis
- Core Banking Loans applications
- 5+ yrs Hogan ILP
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Product design and support experience
- Experience working with software design, software development life cycle, and development methodologies and implementation
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills

Nice-to-Have Skills Description:

- UI design and testing experience.
