About the role
As the Senior Manager, Organisational Management, you will lead a team that ensures the Departments organisation structures, employee data and onboarding processes are accurately maintained within SAP. Which is critical to enable staff access, workflow and organisational alignment to ensure business continuity.
Your responsibilities include
- Overseeing complex organisational and system changes
- Supporting the process and system improvements, specifically integration of SAP HR/payroll systems
- Managing and monitoring team service delivery and driving customer-focused outcomes
- Analyse data and reporting to identify issues, risk and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate and partner with a various stakeholder across the department to implement programs and initiatives
- Facilitate professional development and team capability to driver a high-performing and customer-focused culture.

About you
You will bring strong leadership, people management and systems capability, with experience leading high-volume operational teams within a large and complex environment.
You will demonstrate
- A Commitment to continuous improvement and optimise process to enhance operational efficiency
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, to build and maintain strong relationships across a large organisation
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills, to resolve issues and manage risks in a timely manner
- Experience and understanding of payroll processes and pay conditions is desirable
- Experience in using SAP system including organisation management functions and workforce data management
- Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department’s Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department’s Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.
Essential requirements of the role
- Appropriate tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, and/or demonstrated successful experience in office or organizational management in a Shared Services / Contact Centre environment
- Ability to develop knowledge of the NSW government sector and requirements from Shared Services / Customer service delivery subject areas
- Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the value of public education.
