We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to join our team at BJP Laboratories Pty Ltd in Yatala, Queensland. As a Production Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility, ensuring the efficient and seamless production of our high-quality products. This fulltime role is an excellent chance to contribute to the success of our growing organization.

Key responsibilities

Managing and coordinating the production team to meet daily, weekly and monthly production targets

Monitoring and optimizing production processes to improve efficiency and productivity

Providing hands-on support and guidance to production staff, troubleshooting issues and implementing corrective actions as needed

Collaborating with other departments, such as quality control and maintenance, to ensure smooth production operations

Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes to enhance product quality and output

Maintaining accurate production records and reporting on key performance indicators

Promoting a safe and compliant work environment by following all relevant health and safety protocols

About you

3-5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably in a supervisory role





Strong technical knowledge of production processes and equipment, with the ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team

Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with a keen eye for detail

Proven experience in implementing continuous improvement initiatives and driving operational efficiencies

Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe workplace

Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
