Keep stock moving across Australia, bringing together sales requests into practical, cost-effective freight runs. Book freight and track transfers,



coordinating pick-ups and deliveries with carriers from booking through to arrival. Keep things moving when plans change, solving delays and last-minute issues with sales, warehouse and freight teams. Keep stock records accurate, coordinating stocktakes, resolving discrepancies and managing adjustments and incoming stock. Bring people together to get things done, building relationships across Australia and keeping expectations, actions and timeframes explicit. Switch the desk for the warehouse, operating the overhead crane to move and present Natural Stone slabs and receive incoming stock. About You

You’re ready for more ownership and variety.

Maybe you’re in admin or coordination and want to move into operations, or you already have logistics experience and want to broaden it. Either way, you’re looking for a role you can really make your own. A busy day doesn’t bother you; a disorganised one does.

You like knowing what’s happening, what needs to happen next and where something might come unstuck. Whether that means a to-do list, calendar reminders or your own system, you plan ahead and rarely need chasing. You’re organised, but you’re not an ‘office-only’ person.

You enjoy getting the details right and keeping things on track, but you also like being active, getting hands-on and having a reason to step away from your desk. Selection Criteria

Strong written and verbal communication skills Willingness to operate overhead crane Ability to reliably commute to the Alexandria selection centre via public transport
