this is an ideal role for a Property Manager who enjoys autonomy but also wants genuine team support. Your day-to-day End-to-end management of a residential portfolio. Liaising with rental providers, renters and contractors. Coordinating maintenance and repairs. Managing arrears, routine inspections, lease renewals and compliance. Delivering a high level of communication and customer service. Building long-term relationships and identifying opportunities for new business. About you: Previous experience managing a residential property portfolio. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. Calm, proactive and solutions-focused. Able to work independently while contributing to a team workplace. Current Agent's Representative Certificate/registration and a valid driver's licence.
