This practice is turning away patients every day, and a registrar recently left – so there is a positive patient base waiting for a new GP. This practice has been recently renovated and has an inviting and modern interior. We are looking for an experienced VR GP to join the team asap.

Pay & conditions:

- 65% of Billings
- Minimum guarantee may be available
- No weekend work required

- Very well established – operating for more than 10 years
- Located on a busy café strip with a lot of amenities nearby,



on the fringe of the Perth CBD
- Fully renovated practice with lots of charm and character
- Privately owned by the lead GP
- Radiology and Pathology on site
- Opportunity for GPs to develop Skin skills
- Nursing support for minor procedures and chronic disease management
- Skin work supported (practice has a Hyfrecator 2000 for skin lesions etc)

Billing policy:

- Mostly private billing – around 75% of consultants
- Standard consult is $88, long consult $169

Exemptions available at this location:

- Suitable for GPs who do not require a 19AB exemption
