About the role:

In this role, you will work alongside an incredibly talented allied health team using a keyworker model and parent coaching to empower children, young people, and families. Key responsibilities include:

- Partnering with families to set goals, develop strategies, and support skill development in communication, speech, social skills, and eating/drinking.
- Conducting assessments and providing interventions in specialist areas, including Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), dysphagia, and mealtime management.
- Delivering therapy across multiple settings,



including in-clinic care and telehealth options.
- Collaborating efficiently with the broader multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated, best-practice client care.

Requirements:

- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology with current membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
- Full, unrestricted Australian working rights.
- Open to all experience levels: experienced clinicians who can start immediately are highly valued, but new graduates and candidates open to starting in assistant capacities are also strongly encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication, time management, and teamwork skills with a positive, "can-do" attitude.
- Current (or willingness to obtain) Driver’s License, National Police Check, Working with Children Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance prior to commencement.
