At SGS, we help businesses across a wide range of industries ensure quality, safety and sustainability. We're looking for a creative and organised Digital Marketing Coordinator based in Notting Hill to support marketing initiatives across Australia and New Zealand.

This is an exciting prospect for someone early in their marketing career who enjoys creating content, managing digital campaigns, analysing performance data and collaborating with stakeholders across a diverse business.

As our Digital Marketing Coordinator, you'll play a key role in delivering engaging marketing campaigns and maintaining a strong brand presence across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities include however, not limited to:

- Supporting the planning, execution and optimisation of marketing campaigns across multiple business lines
- Monitoring campaign performance and providing insights and recommendations to improve results
- Creating engaging digital and print marketing assets, including social media posts, EDMs, brochures, flyers, banners and advertisements
- Writing compelling content for social media, website updates, articles, case studies and email campaigns
- Conducting market research to identify trends,



opportunities and audience insights
- Coordinating marketing projects with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
- Assisting with the promotion and delivery of events, webinars, conferences and trade shows
- Ensuring all communications align with SGS brand guidelines
- Managing enquiries through the shared marketing inbox and supporting internal communications

Website & Digital Channels

You'll also help maintain and enhance our digital presence by:

- Updating and optimising website content
- Monitoring website performance and supporting issue resolution
- Maintaining the Marketing SharePoint site and communicating key updates
- Supporting digital marketing initiatives that improve engagement and lead generation

Social Media

You'll take an active role in managing SGS's social media presence, including:

- Creating and scheduling content across multiple social media platforms
- Monitoring performance and audience engagement
- Supporting content strategies with a primary focus on LinkedIn
- Identifying opportunities to increase brand awareness and engagement
