An exciting opportunity is available for a Pharmacist in Charge or Pharmacist to join a modern private pharmacy specialising in medicinal cannabis in a highly desirable central Gold Coast location.

No previous medicinal cannabis experience is required. Comprehensive training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist who is keen to broaden their clinical knowledge, values quality patient care and enjoys working within a structured, supportive team environment.

About the Position

Working alongside another pharmacist, with the support of a dedicated dispensary technician and clinic concierge, you will be responsible for the accurate and compliant dispensing of Schedule 8 medicinal cannabis prescriptions within a private, non-PBS pharmacy.

Depending on your experience and career aspirations, you can join the team as either a Pharmacist in Charge or Pharmacist.

Using Z Dispense,



you will maintain high standards of accuracy and compliance throughout the dispensing process while contributing to the efficient day-to-day operation of a well-organised pharmacy focused on excellent patient service.

Choose the Roster That Suits You

The pharmacy operates Monday to Saturday, with two full time roster options available:

- Sunday to Thursday
- Tuesday to Saturday
- Each roster includes a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.

What We're Looking For

- Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist.
- Reliable, proactive and willing to take ownership of responsibilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong focus on dispensing accuracy.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Genuine interest in developing expertise in medicinal cannabis.
- Ability to work confidently within established procedures and compliance requirements.
- Commitment to contributing positively to ongoing operational improvement.
- Remuneration & Benefits

- Pharmacist in Charge - $120,000 + superannuation.
- Pharmacist - $110,000 + superannuation.
- Full training provided in medicinal cannabis pharmacy.
