About the role

We are currently looking for experienced full time Solid Plasterers / Concrete Patchers / Carpenters to join our busy Perth based team.

Employment type: Full time

Salary: $80,000 - $95,000

The roles

Renderer (Solid Plaster)

Employment Responsibilities

- Creating decorative textures in finishing coats
- Plumbing and straightening corners, angles and wall and ceiling surfaces
- Mixing and applying coats of plaster, cement and render to structures using trowels, and levelling and smoothing coats to uniform thickness
- Measuring, marking and cutting plasterboard, lifting and positioning plasterboard, and securing them to walls, ceilings and battens
- Maintain accurate records relevant to the role
- Follow all workplace policies, procedures and safety requirements
- Contribute to a positive, safe and productive workplace

Skills, experience and qualifications

- Certificate III including at least two years of relevant experience, or Certificate IV.



At least 3 years of relevant experience may be accepted in place of the formal qualification.
- Relevant experience may also be required.
- Registration or licensing may be required for this occupation.

Carpenter

Employment Responsibilities

- May work with plastic laminates, perspex and metals
- May construct concrete formwork
- Nailing fascia panels, sheathing roofs, and fitting exterior wall cladding and door and window frames
- Studying drawings and specifications to determine materials required, dimensions and installation procedures
- Diagnose faults and complete repairs safely and efficiently
- Follow all workplace health and safety and isolation procedures
- Carry out installation, maintenance and repair work to specification

Skills, experience and qualifications

- Certificate III including at least two years of relevant experience, or Certificate IV. At least 3 years of relevant experience may be accepted in place of the formal qualification.
- Relevant experience may also be required.
- Registration or licensing may be required for this occupation.
