We're hiring a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer to join our dynamic creative tech team, elevating our global brand digital presentation and refining web experience systems to sustain our innovative creative spirit.

Key Responsibilities

- Consult with cross-functional stakeholders and conduct content-focused research to identify project parameters, creative brief objectives and functional requirements for new web design deliverables on the Procreate website.
- Partner closely with product teams, content creators and front-end engineers throughout projects to clarify business goals and translate design intent into browser-ready web solutions.
- Develop original responsive web-page layouts, covering product showcase pages, learning hubs, artist feature stories and marketing campaign landing pages, aligning creative output with Procreate brand identity.
- Build, iterate and maintain the website-focused design system, including UI component library, typography grid, colour palettes and web visual standards to sustain visual consistency as the website expands.
- Generate sketches,



wireframes and high-fidelity Figma mock-ups; refine web design proposals through internal feedback cycles and produce complete hand-off documentation including accessibility requirements and micro-interaction specifications.
- Design lightweight web-native motion and micro-interactions that enhance site browsing experience without compromising page loading performance or readability; structure engaging web-first visual formats for articles, tutorials and artist profiles.
- Conduct regular reviews against live website pages, detect visual inconsistencies across site sections and propose practical design-led improvements for existing web pages.
- Organise and archive web design source assets, component files and style guidance to support ongoing site iterations and future website initiatives.

Job Requirements

- A minimum of 3 years of skilled web design experience with a complete and refined design portfolio.
- Proficient in Figma, with a good grasp of responsive design and web accessibility basics.
- Strong aesthetic judgment, pixel-level attention to detail and brand design awareness.
- Good cross-team communication skills and the ability to deliver high-quality design work on time.
- Strong passion for visual design and digital creativity.
