Your duties

- Design and implement new network solutions, enhance the efficiency of existing networks.
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for complex network and systems issues, including diagnosing root causes, resolving incidents, and restoring services within required timeframes.
- Manage configuration, integration, upgrades, and patching of hardware, software, and network systems across multi-platform environments,



including Windows and Linux-based systems.
- Implement and maintain network security controls such as firewalls, access control mechanisms, encryption protocols, and monitoring tools to safeguard data and infrastructure.
- Continuously monitor system performance, network health, security events, and service availability to ensure compliance with service levels and business continuity requirements.
- Maintain comprehensive network documentation and generate regular performance reports.

Desirable skills & experience

- Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in computing or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- In-depth comprehension of network technologies including VLANs, VPNs, VMware, ownCloud and Group Policy.
- Advanced diagnosis skills of technical issues related to end-user hardware & software and network devices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
