Are you highly organised, commercially minded and great at keeping deals moving?

We’re looking for a Finance Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in managing finance applications from submission through to settlement.

This is a great chance for someone with experience in mortgage broking, banking, lending or financial services who enjoys working with people, solving problems and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

What you'll be doing

You’ll become the central point of coordination between our brokers, lenders, referral partners and internal operations team.

Your day-to-day will include:

- Managing finance applications from submission through to settlement
- Liaising with lenders, brokers, clients, referral partners, valuers and solicitors
- Tracking applications and proactively identifying potential delays
- Following up outstanding documentation and approvals
- Providing regular updates to brokers and referral partners
- Reviewing applications and documentation for accuracy and compliance
- Maintaining CRM and workflow systems
- Staying across lender policies, credit appetite and product changes
- Attending lender training and industry sessions
- Helping improve processes and create a more efficient operation

Proactive – you don't wait for an issue to become urgent; you get ahead of it.

Solutions-focused – when something goes wrong, you focus on finding a way forward.

Commercially aware – you understand that getting deals across the line matters.

Ideally, you'll have

- Experience in mortgage broking, loan processing, banking or financial services
- An understanding of residential and/or commercial lending
- Experience managing multiple applications or transactionsStrong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Experience with a CRM or loan origination platform
- A relevant degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, Economics or similar is desirable, but experience and attitude are equally important
