Job Description

Kraft Heinz is seeking an Organisational Change Management Lead for their ANZ Business Transformation program. You will drive the people and change agenda, ensuring readiness for recent processes and ways of working across ANZ, alongside senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

This leadership role focuses on business change rather than IT, with SAP S/4HANA as an enabler. You will influence, train and engage teams to deliver lasting adoption across the organisation.
